Coinbase is seeking an experienced Growth Manager to lead community growth initiatives across our international markets. You will drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention through community-led strategies.
**Responsibilities:**
- Build and manage crypto communities across Discord, Telegram, and emerging platforms
- Design ambassador and referral programs to drive organic growth
- Create content strategies tailored to crypto-native and mainstream audiences
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams on go-to-market campaigns
- Analyse community metrics and report on KPIs to leadership
**Requirements:**
- 3+ years of community management or growth marketing in crypto/Web3
- Deep understanding of DeFi, NFTs, and on-chain culture
- Proven track record growing engaged crypto communities
- Strong analytical skills (Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar)
**Compensation:** $100,000 – $150,000 + RSUs
