Polygon Labs is expanding its community team to support the growth of zkEVM and the broader Polygon ecosystem. As Community Lead, you will be the face of Polygon in developer and builder communities worldwide.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and execute community strategy across Discord, X, and Telegram
- Represent Polygon at hackathons, conferences, and online events
- Support developer onboarding and create educational resources
- Manage community moderators and ambassadors across 15+ regions
- Identify community insights and feed them back to the product team
**Requirements:**
- 2+ years of community leadership in blockchain or open source
- Strong public speaking and writing skills
- Technical understanding of Ethereum and Layer 2 scaling
- Experience organising or judging hackathons is a plus
**Compensation:** $90,000 – $130,000 + MATIC grant
**Location:** Remote (Worldwide)
